Users can search for chargers through a mobile/tablet app, navigate to them, make charging reservations, and monitor charging status. They can also execute charging and make credit payments using the charger’s man-machine interface. Charger operators can utilize a background management system to collect vehicle charging information, perform data analysis, monitor the operational status of chargers, and carry out software updates. Additionally, for long-term maintenance and ease of management, operators can apply the vehicle charging information collected by the background management system to conduct big data analysis.
